Why fight those impossible to hit long-irons when Nickent's hybrid ironwoods take off with ease, and fly greenward like homing pigeons? You can go for those long distance precision shots now with confidence. A higher trajectory and longer carry, combined with incredible ease in hitability, make the Genex Ironwoods the most attractive long-iron alternatives in the modern game.
Genex 3DX irons get the ball up quick and easy from any lie, delivering a high trajectory, a longer carry and a soft landing
The unique construction of the 3DX irons makes them more resistant to twisting on off-center hits
The back-weighted design shifts the rotational center of each clubhead, making 3DX irons extremely stable
With more weight positioned towards the heel, players will find it easier to consistently square the 3DX irons through impact
This square-at impact bias delivers improved accuracy and control, especially on longer approach shots

I no longer carry conventional woods. I have the 3 and 4. I am hitting with the 3, off the tee, 250 yrds quite consistantly. There is no significant change now in my iron and wood swing. The clubs are especially easy to use on the fairway. I want to get my hands on the 1 and 2.

I bought a 3 after hitting it in the golf shop and after my first round, went back and bought a 2 to replace my 5 wood. These things are consistent and almost impossible not to hit the "sweet spot". The only issue with these for me (and it's a very small one... i did give it 5 stars), is that if I get too aggressive with the club, I can feel the shaft flex since I could only get the iron shafts in Uni-flex. But swing nice and firm, and these things will deliver! Awesome clubs.

I have 3,4 and 5 and love them all. I'm going to try a one and six. I demoed most of the other major brands. Found these and hogan and taylormade to be most consistent in distance, direction, and trajectory etc. Callaway, Cobra and adams were hot but not consistent in distance. For example, my son has Callaway 4. I may hit it 230 one time and the next time 190. I hit my 3 195 to 205 and stop it within 15 to 20 ft of where it lands. These have my vote.

the club is real easy to swing. a lot easier than your long irons. i use a 4/23 degree to replace my 3&4 iron. puts the ball high and long. use it once and you'll put your 3&4 iron in the closet. its also great from the short rough.

Great Question.
The answer is both! They go hand in hand together. That's why so many companies taught High Launch clubs or balls. More carry, etc.....More height should translate into more distance.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Play Well,
Johnny
